A Chartered Surveyor and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, he has 16 years experience at senior management level within the construction and engineering industries. John has been the inspiration for creating strategic alliances and partnerships, which has seen the company secure many major long-term contracts.

Primrose has main board responsibility for directing the human resources strategy for over 2,700 employees. Five years ago she introduced a culture change programme company-wide and has restructured the business to be market driven and client focused. A business professional, Primrose ensures corporate development and company vision is aligned with rewarding employee relations.

With over 15 years senior financial management in international engineering sectors, Roger combines strong business and financial planning with innovative IT strategies to facilitate effective delivery to clients. His previous experience has been gained in the oil and gas, power and transportation sectors.
Steven Bell Technical Director
A Chartered Engineer with over 15 years of railway engineering experience, Steven has recently concentrated on the design and delivery of the Company's maintenance contracts and brings to this post a huge amount of professional, engineering and practical expertise. His detailed knowledge and ability ensures that the Company's technical, safety, quality, environmental and operational requirements of its Safety Cases are kept as a high priority.
