TOTTY CONSTRUCTION
FURTHER INROADS INTO CITY LIVING MARKET

Following on from the last issue of Peterhouse News, Totty Construction has won several new contracts with two of the country's largest housing groups.

Both Persimmon Homes and Barretts have placed their trust in the company to build luxury apartments in Manchester and Leeds city centres. Asia House (pictured) and Worsley Mill (pictured) are grade II listed buildings being converted for Persimmon Homes NWest and valued at £7 million each, whilst Brewery Wharf in Leeds is a £14 million new Design and Build project for Barretts.
In addition to these high profile awards, another project is underway with an existing Totty Construction client, City Loft Developments. After completing the highly successful Queen's Wharf, Conran designed apartments in Reading, the company is now working with the same designer on another listed building conversion worth £7.4 million at Argus House, Brighton.
As a result of the Company's successful track record in recent years and its dedication to quality, Totty Construction has become a major player in the provision of luxury city living space.
