NEW BUSINESS PARK AT STAFFORD

A new £24 million mixed commercial and leisure scheme is planned by Totty Developments at Stafford. Named Trinity Point, the development will be on a 12-acre site adjacent to Junction 14 of the M6 and will have three 53,000 sq ft call centres, a 25,000 sq ft health and fitness centre and an 8,000 sq ft creche. This exciting project is situated in a key strategic location and has generated enormous regional interest, with the prospect of more than a 1,000 new jobs being created.
