GROUP FD APPOINTED

 At the beginning of October, John O'Kane joined Peterhouse as Group Finance Director. John previously worked for Kelda Group Plc, the parent company of Yorkshire Water and he brings with him valuable experience of managing the financial direction of a FTSE250 company. His role will encompass all things financial and has enabled David Best to move into his new role as Group Corporate Development Director. John, who is 44 and married to Aileen, has two daughters, Lauren and Aoife. He originates from Derry in Northern Ireland and has worked all over the world, including the USA, Taiwan and South Africa. John was attracted to join the Peterhouse Group Board because he saw a company with ambition and a successful track record of operating in developing utility service markets. He was also impressed by the quality of the people and the strong entrepreneurial sense. John commented, "the real challenge for Peterhouse as it grows will be to keep the strength it has as a fast moving, people focussed business, whilst grafting on the disciplines and processes required of an aspiring FTSE250 company".
