Prudential plc is a leading international financial services group, headquartered in the UK and listed on the London and New York Stock Exchanges. As such we are one of the largest life insurance companies and pension annuity providers in the UK market. Our operations also include M&G, the UK and European investment manager, and Internet financial services provider, Egg. In the US, Prudential owns Jackson National Life, a top 20 life insurance company. We are also the largest UK insurer in Asia with operations in 12 countries. In Europe, we currently have operations in France and Germany where we are looking to build on established strategic alliances with local partners.
