Key workplace policies and management
Large retail companies, who look after the shopping needs of millions
of customers, employ thousands of people to work in stores, distribution
centres and offices and require policies and procedures to ensure everyone
is treated with fairness and equality. At Home Retail Group we have developed
comprehensive policies for all our employees covering a broad range of
employee needs; from ‘ways of working’ to ensuring a safe
and fair working environment. These are shown in the table below:
