The members are: Carlos Criado-Perez, Chief Executive Lawrence Christensen, Supply Director Jack Sinclair, Trading Director Karen Bray, Marketing Director Jim Maclachlan, Stores Director Jonathan Davies, Stores Finance Director Jim White, Human Resources Director Fiona Bailey, Director for Culture The Operations Board meets weekly and is responsible for the day-to-day management of the business, together with the planning of Company strategy for approval by the Executive Board.
