Annual General Meetings 2004
The Annual General Meetings of Eurotunnel SA and Eurotunnel plc, and the Ordinary General Meeting of Eurotunnel SA convened by the mandataire de justice (appointed by the Commercial Court) will be held on 7th April 2004 at 1.30 pm at Parc des Expositions et Centre de Convention Paris Nord Villepinte, 95970 Roissy Charles-de-Gaulle Cedex, France. A shareholder information meeting will be held on 8 April 2004 at 2.00 pm (London time) at the Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre, Broad Sanctuary, Westminster, London SW1 P3EE.
The notices of meetings and proxy forms will be sent to all registered shareholders and to bearer shareholders holding more than 1,000 shares, at the beginning of March.

Shareholder Consultative Committees
The UK and French shareholder committees act as a forum for discussion and proposals on information and communication for individual shareholders.
