	Keller Ground Engineering (KGE) has 50 years’ experience in the UK market, offering specialty grouting, piling and ground improvement services from offices in Coventry and Wetherby.		Makers is renowned for structural refurbishment and repair services to the social housing, car parking and infrastructure sectors in the UK. Heritage, concrete testing, and M&E services are provided through its Woods Masonry, Martech and Allied divisions.

	Keller Continental Europe & Overseas offers innovative solutions to geotechnical problems through over 40 offices in Continental Europe, North Africa, the Middle East and the Far East.		Suncoast is a market leader in the design, fabrication and distribution of post-tension cable systems to the construction industry. Headquartered in Houston, Suncoast was acquired by Keller in October 2001.

	Franki is Australia’s ground engineering market leader, offering a range of piling and geotechnical services from its offices in New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria, and Jakarta, Indonesia.		Wannenwetsch supplies robotic hydrodemolition services for precision concrete removal, complementing the services offered by Makers in the concrete refurbishment market. Acquired by Keller in January 2002, Wannenwetsch is based in Meiningen, Germany.
	VIBROPILE
	Vibropile is the Melbourne-based specialist in rotary drilling, continuous flight augur and rotary displacement, acquired by Keller in August 2002 to consolidate our premier ranking in Australia.
	HAYWARD BAKER
	Hayward Baker is headquartered in Maryland and has 18 offices throughout the United States. It is the leading specialty grouting and ground modification contractor in the US.
	CASE
	Case Foundation, based in Chicago and Case Atlantic, based in Florida, offer large diameter piling and diaphragm wall services and are renowned for their deep caisson foundation systems.
	MCKINNEY
	McKinney, a leading provider of drilled shaft caissons in the Eastern United States, was acquired by Keller in December 2002 adding complementary strength to our Case operations.
