Amersham: Our heritage

On 26 June, President Bill Clinton and Prime Minister Tony Blair announce the completion of the initial sequencing of the human genome. Amersham Pharmacia Biotech, whose sequencers were used in the effort, hosts a celebratory reception for the Human Genome Project in Washington, DC.
