Divisional performance
The divisional summary, shown below, compares the underwriting performance of the Amlin divisions. Combined ratios are after removing the exchange differences on the translation of non-monetary assets and liabilities. Divisional underwriting performance is described in detail in ‘The business’ sections of this Review.
